How are construction project films and site filming done, and what do they cost?
AirviewTR makes three kinds of film for residential and commercial projects in Gaziantep: monthly site progress filming, a launch film for the sales office and listings, and vertical Reels for social media. The site is filmed from the same fixed positions every month from the air and the ground, so progress from foundation to handover can be followed in one frame. If the building isn't finished, drone footage is combined with architectural renders and AI-assisted visualisation to show it complete.
Prices include VAT: monthly site tracking 7,900 TL, tracking plus social with two visits and two Reels 12,900 TL a month, and a 60-90 second launch film with ground and drone filming 39,900 TL. Flights are flown by an IHA-1 certified pilot and insured. The films for the 11-villa Villa Oliva project and Ege Konutları were made this way.
Which films does a construction project need?
Management and investors want to see progress regularly; the sales office needs a film about location, architecture and lifestyle; social media needs new content every month. Producing all three from the same shoot days gives consistent footage at a lower cost.
How do you show a building before it is finished?
We combine drone footage of the real site with the architect's renders and AI-assisted visualisation: the finished building on the real plot, in real surroundings and light. Architecture stays true to the renders; visualised scenes should be labelled as illustrative in sales material.
