How is an event or trade fair filmed and what does it cost?
AirviewTR films openings, launches, conferences, dealer meetings and trade fairs in Gaziantep and turns them into highlight films. Before the event we take the running order and add speeches, stage moments and guest arrivals to the shot plan. Deliverables are prepared for sharing: a 1-3 minute highlight film, speech or interview clips and vertical videos for social media.
Prices include VAT: Half day, up to 4 hours with one camera, 12,900 TL; Full day, up to 9 hours with a 2-3 minute highlight, 19,900 TL; Multi-camera with two cameras, drone and a next-day social cut, 34,900 TL. Extra days at multi-day fairs are 8,900 TL for a half day and 14,900 TL for a full day.
What is delivered after an event?
A 1-3 minute highlight film for the website and YouTube, speech clips for LinkedIn and press, and vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok.
Filming at trade fairs
There are two jobs at a fair: the film made for the stand, usually watched without sound, and the filming of the fair itself, which records the stand, visitor conversations and product demos for follow-up emails and next year's promotion.
